Jason Few, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Commercial Officer

President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Commercial Officer

Mr. Few was appointed President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Commercial Officer in August 2019. Prior to FuelCell Energy, Mr. Few served as President of Sustayn Analytics LLC, a cloud-based software waste and recycling optimization company. Mr. Few has over 30 years of experience increasing enterprise value for Global Fortune 500 and privately held technology, telecommunication, and energy firms. Mr. Few has overseen transformational opportunities across the technology and industrial energy sectors, including as the Founder and Senior Managing Director of BJF Partners, LLC, a privately held strategic transformation consulting firm, where he has served since 2016, with Continuum Energy, an energy products and services company, where Mr. Few served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 2013 to 2016, NRG Energy, an integrated energy company, where he served in various roles including Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer from 2009 to 2012 and President Reliant Energy, a retail electricity provider, where he also served as Senior Vice President, Smart Energy from 2008 to 2009. Mr. Few also serves as a Senior Advisor to Verve Industrial, an industrial cybersecurity software company. Mr. Few is active in his community serving on the boards of Memorial Hermann Hospital, the American Heart Association, and the St. John's School Investment Committee. He earned a bachelor's degree in computer systems in business from Ohio University. He received an MBA from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Michael Bishop, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Mr. Bishop was appointed Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Treasurer in June 2011. He has nearly 20 years of experience in financial operations and management with public high growth technology companies with a focus on capital raising, project finance, debt/treasury management, acquisition integration, strategic planning, internal controls, and organizational development. Since joining the Company in 2003, Mr. Bishop has held a succession of financial leadership roles including Assistant Controller, Corporate Controller and Vice President and Controller. Prior to joining FuelCell Energy, Inc., Mr. Bishop held finance and accounting positions at TranSwitch Corporation, Cyberian Outpost, Inc. and United Technologies, Inc. He is a certified public accountant and began his professional career at McGladrey and Pullen, LLP. Mr. Bishop also served four years in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Bishop received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Boston University in 1993 and a MBA from the University of Connecticut in 1999.

Jennifer D. Arasimowicz, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and Chief Administrative Officer

Mrs. Arasimowicz was promoted to Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and Chief Administrative Officer in 2019. In early 2017, Mrs. Arasimowicz was promoted to a newly created position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary with responsibilities for legal and government affairs. Mrs. Arasimowicz, a licensed attorney in Connecticut, New York and Massachusetts, joined FuelCell Energy in 2012 as Associate Counsel and was promoted to Vice President in 2014. Mrs. Arasimowicz provides legal counsel on a wide variety of topics ranging from commercial contract matters to intellectual property protection to corporate governance to working with regulatory and legislative leaders regarding the structuring of energy policy. Prior to FuelCell Energy, Mrs. Arasimowicz served as General Counsel of Total Energy Corporation, a New York based diversified energy products and service company providing a broad range of specialized services to utilities and industrial companies. Previously, she was a partner at Shipman & Goodwin in Hartford, Connecticut chairing the Utility Law Practice Group and began her legal career as an associate at Murtha Cullina.

Mrs. Arasimowicz earned her Juris Doctor at Boston University School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Boston University.

Anthony Leo, Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer

Tony joined FCE in 1978 and has held key leadership roles in research, development, and commercialization of electrochemical systems during his tenure. He is well known throughout the battery and fuel cell industry, and has authored numerous papers, contributed to technical books, holds several US Patents, and has served as Chairman of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers PTC-50 Fuel Cell Performance Test Code committee and as a member on the Department of Energy's (DOE) Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technical Advisory Committee (HTAC). Tony has held numerous positions in the company involved in managing advanced research and development as well as commercialization of the company’s fuel cell products.

Mr. Leo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Michael Lisowski, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Lisowski was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in June 2019. He has more than 25 years of international operations experience in technology-driven businesses with direct responsibility for supply chain, manufacturing, quality, project management, EH&S and plant engineering functions. Since joining the company in 2001, Mr. Lisowski has held a range of supply chain and operations leadership roles, including Vice President of Supply Chain and Vice President of Global Operations. Prior to joining FuelCell Energy, Inc. Mr. Lisowski held procurement and supply management positions at Electronic Retailing Systems International, Inc. and Gretag Imaging, Inc. Mr. Lisowski holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Business Administration from Western New England University and a Master of Science in Management, Global Supply Chain Integration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Jill Crossman, Senior Vice President, Global Controller

Jill Crossman was promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Controller in April 2020. She is an experienced financial professional with over 30 years of experience in accounting operations, financial planning & analysis, and ERP implementations with a focus on high tech public manufacturing companies. Since joining the Company in 2005, Jill has held a series of accounting leadership roles including Controller, Manufacturing Operations and Vice President, Operations Finance. Prior to joining FuelCell Energy, Jill worked for 16 years at Ingersoll-Rand progressing through various financial positions of increasing responsibility; most recently as Operations Controller for a $350M international division. Jill received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut in 1989 and became a Certified Management Accountant in 2008.

Tom Gelston, Senior Vice President – Finance and Investor Relations

Tom Gelston joined FuelCell Energy in February 2018, and is Senior Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations with responsibility for financing activities at both the corporate and project level, as well as the investor relations function of the Company. Tom has over 20 years’ experience in various financial roles. Most recently, he was a Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications with Terex Corporation, a Fortune 500 diversified machinery manufacturer. Additionally during his 18 year Terex career at Terex, Tom held responsibilities in business development, mergers and acquisitions, strategy and financial planning and analysis. Prior to working with Terex, he worked in private equity, as well as with GE Capital’s Commercial Finance division focused on asset based lending. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Fairfield University.

Ben Toby, Senior Vice President, Direct Sales and Customer Service

Mr. Toby was appointed to the position of Senior Vice President, Direct Sales and Customer Service in November 2019. He originally joined FuelCell Energy as Vice President Business Distribution Operations in October 2003, and has been instrumental in establishing the Company’s overseas presence particularly in Asia, where he led the market entry into the South Korea market with POSCO Energy, and in Europe, where he helped to establish FuelCell Energy Solutions. In the mid-2010s Mr. Toby took over responsibility for behind-the-meter sales in the U.S., securing orders for projects with a diverse set of end use customers in California and the Northeast U.S. including hospitals, wastewater treatment facilities, and universities. Prior to joining FCE, Mr. Toby served as VP International and OEM Sales for Capstone Turbine Corp. in California, where he helped with the design of industry-leading low emissions combustion systems and later in a sales role with Capstone’s entry into the Japan market. Mr. Toby is a registered Professional Engineer in Connecticut and holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering from the University of California campuses at Irvine and Berkeley respectively.

Frank Wolak, Senior Vice President, Sales - Americas

Mr. Wolak was appointed to his present role as Senior Vice President in June of 2019. Since joining the Company in 2003 Mr. Wolak has held commercial leadership roles in sales, marketing and project development. Mr. Wolak has also directed the Company’s business and policy initiatives with State and Federal governments.

Prior to joining FuelCell Energy, Mr. Wolak held executive positions with Noresco, where he directed the company’s Energy Infrastructure business, Independent Energy Corporation, a private power development company and was a management consultant through KEMA, providing insight to clients in emerging energy technology and utility segments. His corporate career in the energy industry began with Tenneco, Inc. where he held engineering and management positions. In addition to his corporate energy experience, Mr. Wolak served two terms on the Secretary of Commerce’s Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Advisory Committee.

Mr. Wolak holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Western New England University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Hartford.
