Arasimowicz, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, has been named to Governor-elect Ned Lamont’s Transition Team as a member of the Energy Policy Committee.

Jennifer Arasimowicz joined FuelCell Energy in 2012 from Total Energy Corporation, where she served as General Counsel. Previously, she was a partner at Shipman & Goodwin in Hartford, chairing the Utility Law Practice Group, and began her legal career as an associate at Murtha Cullina.  She earned her Juris Doctor at Boston University School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Boston University.
